There are three ways to make a reservation with us.

Deposit & Refund Policy
A 10% deposit is required to book your trip with the remaining balance due 30 days before you departure.
You may cancel your trip until 1:00 p.m. the day before and receive a refund, minus a handling charge of 10% of your total trip cost. Later cancellations will not receive refunds. We do not cancel or reschedule trips because of weather.
You must have an upcoming reservation or have completed an River Company trip to create an account. Simply click the link in the email you received from us. If you have not yet received your reservation email or were not the primary reservation contact, please visit our contact page and request an invitation to our reservations system.create one now.
